Missing Teen: Have You Seen Kathleen Owens?

Lowell Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 16-year-old girl.

Kathleen Owens, 16, was last seen in Lowell near Appleton Street.

She is described as 5 feet tall and weighs 100 lb. She has pink and blonde hair, typically worn in a bun.
