UPDATED: National Grid Outage Map Is ... Out
One minute there were thousands of outages, the next minute none. Now the map appears to be working again.

UPDATE (4:30 p.m.): The National Grid map is once again showing outages in Massachusetts as of 4:30 p.m. The note that the numbers may not be fully accurate remains.
ORIGINAL ARTICLE:
CHELMSFORD, MA - National Grid is busy restoring power to presumably thousands of customers while at the same time trying to restore power to its outage map.
At 3:15 p.m., National Grid’s outage map showed no outages in Massachusetts -- a stark and unbelievable contrast to the situation on the map just 15 minutes before.
Apparently, the outage map has an outage. Here’s what the National Grid website has to say:
The number of outages currently displayed on our outage map may be inaccurate due to a system error. Our team is aware of the issue and currently working to implement a fix. We apologize for this inconvenience. Thank you.
So now we’re relying on you: Is power out in your area? Tell us about it in the comments!
