Police Make OUI Arrest After Finding Woman Passed Out in Vehicle

Monday, Oct. 19

At 5:54 a.m., a pedestrian sign was reported in Boston Road.

At 5:15 p.m., credit card fraud was reported.

At 5:43 p.m., identity theft was reported.

At 9:03 p.m., a suspicous motor vehicle was reported outside of a Dunshire Drive.

At 11:15 p.m., a neighbor reported someone running their motorcycle.

Tuesday, Oct. 20

At 12:26 a.m., a homeowner reported “odd” sounds in their backyard.

At 9:32 a.m., a motor vehicle stop led to a warrant arrest. Jill Ferri, 29, of Chelmsford was arrested on warrants for trespassing, shoplifting; larceny under $250; and shoplifting.

At 2:45 p.m., an intoxicated man was reportedly making threats.

At 10:23 p.m., a neighbor issue was reported.
