Monday, Jan. 4

• Socheat Uk, 28, of Lowell was arrested and charged with larceny of property over $250.

Wednesday, Jan. 6

• Eleanor Greenhalge, 72, of Dracut was arrested and charged with larceny of property over $250.
• Chat Pen, 28, of Lowell was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property, attaching false plates to a motor vehicle and carrying away a motor vehicle plate.

Thursday, Jan. 7

• Jacob Polston, 34, of Lowell was arrested for operating under the influence of liquor, failure to stay in marked lanes, operating a motor vehicle without an inspection sticker, operating with an open container.
• Amanda Ryan, 29, of Tewksbury was arrested and charged with operating on a revoked license and speeding.
• Gerald Taddeo, 22, of Chelmsford was arrested on a warrant.

Friday, Jan. 8

• Peter Charles Carter, 31, of Burlington was arrested and charged with breaking and entering in the daytime with intent to put in fear.
• Philip George Carter, 33, of Chelmsford was arrested and charged with breaking and entering in the daytime with intent to put in fear.
• Daniel Herman, 58, of Chelmsford was arrested on a warrant.

Saturday, Jan. 9

• James Johnson, 32, of Lowell was arrested and charged with operating after a license suspension, operating without an inspection sticker. He was also arrested on a warrant for assault and battery.
• Jonathan Ortega, 25, of Lowell was arrested and charged with operating after a license suspension.

Sunday, Jan. 10

• Michael Merna, 19, of Chelmsford was arrested for operating under the influence of liquor and operating with an open container.
