- Jacob Polston, 34, of Lowell was arrested for operating under the influence of liquor, failure to stay in marked lanes, operating a motor vehicle without an inspection sticker, operating with an open container.
- Amanda Ryan, 29, of Tewksbury was arrested and charged with operating on a revoked license and speeding.
- Gerald Taddeo, 22, of Chelmsford was arrested on a warrant.

- James Johnson, 32, of Lowell was arrested and charged with operating after a license suspension, operating without an inspection sticker. He was also arrested on a warrant for assault and battery.

- Michael Merna, 19, of Chelmsford was arrested for operating under the influence of liquor and operating with an open container.
