Tuesday, Nov. 17

At 1:27 a.m., police arrested Meas Virak, 45, of Dracut. Virak was charged with failure to signal before stopping, failure to stay in marked lanes, operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense) and illegal possession of a Class B substance.

At 1:31 p.m., smoke was reported in the basement of a Harvey Road home.

At 2:10 p.m., officers were requested to check on the occupant of a parked car on Chelmsford Street.
