Wednesday, Sept. 9

At 9:57 a.m., vandalism was reported on Groton Road.

At 10:19 a.m., police arrested Charles W. Peters, 56, of Lowell on a warrant for unlicensed operation.

At 2 p.m., a person came into the station to report larceny from a building on Stedman Street.

At 3:20 p.m., a 48-year-old woman was reported to have passed out. The incident was logged as alcohol related.

At 9:04 p.m., a suspicious man was reported on Prescott Drive.
