Concord PD Investigate Luring Incident On Strawberry Hill Road
A man in a car motioned to a group of children to come to his car after they got off their school bus, Concord police said.
CONCORD, MA — Concord police are investigating an incident of a suspicious person that happened on Monday.
Police said a group of children had just gotten off of their school bus on Strawberry Hill Road when a man in a car motioned to them and said "come here." The kids didn't respond to the man and went home — they told their parents about the incident that night.
The man is described as possibly a white, in his 30s with some facial hair in a dark-colored car, possibly a Toyota Rav 4.
