Drums Alive is a unique sensory-motor drumming program involving drumsticks, exercise balls and music. The rhythm of the drumming and movement patterns increase synchronization of brain wave activity and improve mental awareness. In this intergenerational class, we bring children and seniors together for a fantastic whole body, happiness-fueled experience. Don't miss out on this special opportunity to channel your inner drummer and groove your way to wellness.
Yachun Lin is a Drums Alive certified instructor with more than 5 years of fitness teaching experience. She is passionate about bringing positive energy to her class and helping people achieve their fitness goals.
