Artisans Way, located at 18 Walden Street in Concord, will host author/photographer, Tiffany Bradlee, on Sunday, August 24 from 2-4 pm.
Artisans Way, located at 18 Walden Street in Concord, will host Massachusetts-based author/artist, Tiffany Bradlee, on Sunday, August 24 from 2-4 pm for an informal chat to introduce her debut book, Pictures and Passages: Cape Cod Moments. Bradlee will be in the gallery to discuss the inspiration behind her evocative collection of original photography and heartfelt essays offering a window into the natural splendor and emotional richness of life on Cape Cod.
A lifelong resident of Massachusetts, Bradlee discovered the charm of the Cape later in life when her parents retired to the area in the late 1990s. Though she had long considered herself a “lake person,” weekends spent by the sea opened her eyes (and her lens) to the timeless allure of Cape Cod’s coastal landscapes. With each page of her book, readers are invited to walk with her along beaches, down quiet backroads, and beside windswept bays.
But Pictures and Passages is more than just a visual journey – it’s a deeply personal tribute to love, loss, and legacy. With both of her parents succumbing to Alzheimer’s Disease, the book became a way for Bradlee to honor their memory while celebrating the places and moments that shaped her. In addition, Bradlee has committed to donating 25% of all book sales to the Alzheimer’s Association (Alz.org.)
