BYOM (bring your own mat!) for this gentle, flowing yoga experience with local instructor, Rama Valianti. Get your body moving and grooving, and learn some new techniques to breathe, be present in every moment, and keep your body healthy, agile and flexible in a welcoming, fun atmosphere. All levels welcome, ages 16 and up.

BYOM (bring your own mat!) for a flowing blend of movement, mayhem and shenanigans with local instructor, Rama Valianti. Hatha, vinyasa, and athletic yoga with a focus on fun, breathing and presence. All levels welcome, ages 16 and up.

Rama Valianti has been doing yoga for 32 years and teaching for 28. Grateful to be a forever beginner, and a mischievous Funstigator, his greatest passion is to help others achieve their dreams, and be as healthy, content and present as possible.
