Boston Man Sentenced to Jail For Dedham Bank Robbery
Andrick Lamarre will serve time in state prison after threatening to shoot a teller at the Dedham Savings Bank on Bussey Street.

A Boston man who robbed the Dedham Savings Bank in April of 2015 was sentenced to prison Wednesday, Norfolk County District Attorney Michael Morrisey announced.
Judge Beverly Cannone sentenced Andrick Lamarre, 21, of Mattapan, to between tw0 and three-and-a-half years in State Prison.
Lamarre entered the Bussey Street bank on April 10 and presented a deposit slip to the teller for $5,000. When the teller asked him to confirm what he wanted, he handed a second note demanding large denomination bills in five seconds or he would shoot, prosecutors said.

At the time of the robbery, the FBI Bank Robbery Task Force was already investigating Lamarre for four robberies in Suffolk County.
Lamarre had already received a jail sentence on the Suffolk County matters when he admitted his guilt in the Dedham robbery in Norfolk Superior Court Wednesday.

Assistant Norfolk District Attorney Emily Nesson originally asked that Lamarre be sentenced to three to five years in prison.
