The Dedham Police Department is conducting a community survey related to police services. This survey is being conducted in order to gain community insight related to customer service, crime-related perceptions, community concerns, and police services. Responses to this survey will be anonymous.

Previous surveys from the Police Department were conducted in 2013, 2016, and 2019. Results from these surveys provided valuable information to the Dedham Police Department and created a baseline for future surveys.

All residents, business owners, and visitors to Dedham are invited to complete this survey. It is important for the Police Department to obtain input from the community which we serve.

The survey should take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete.

By completing this survey, you will provide the Police Department with information that can be used to guide future programs and activities of the Police Department. Further, information related to individual neighborhood concerns can be identified so that the proper resources may be dedicated to the proper areas of Town. The results of this survey can be used as a catalyst for continued improvement.
