Dedham Police, Fire Officials to Face Off in 'Battle of the Badges'

All proceeds raised by the annual hockey game will be donated to the Animal Rescue League.

Members of the Dedham police and fire departments will face off in a hockey game to benefit the Animal Rescue League on Friday, Nov. 13.

All proceeds raised will be donated to the Animal Rescue League. $10 donations will be collected. The game will be held at the Boch Ice Center on East Street.

Kids 10 and under will admitted for free. Raffle tickets will also be for sale and a “chuck-a-puck” event in between periods. T-shirts will be sold.

“Help us help others, by coming out to watch a spirited hockey game between your public officials,” the departments said.
