Our culinary inspiration and much of our produce come directly from Saltbox Farm, Chef Ben's family farm built in Concord, Massachusetts in the 1940s by his grandparents. With ingredients grown right on the farm, and other local businesses, we are proud to uphold Concord’s agricultural heritage, cultivating a sustainable future. Our team serves the greater Boston area, the Berkshires, Cape Cod, and beyond, including New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Maine, and Vermont. Hunter is a member of the Class of 2018 majoring in Liberal Arts.Anne Reardon of Dedham, will travel to India, studying the country's politics, heritage, history and culture. Reardon is a member of the Class of 2017 majoring in Psychology.Union College, founded in 1795 as the first college chartered by the New York State Board of Regents, offers programs in the liberal arts and engineering to 2,100 undergraduates of high academic promise and strong personal motivation.
