Dedham: Town And ARL Boston Host Rabies Clinic In May

The Town of Dedham and the Animal Rescue League of Boston are teaming up to host a rabies vaccination clinic for dogs, cats, and ferrets. The clinic will be held on Saturday, May 21, 2022, from 9:00am – 1:00pm, at the Animal Rescue League of Boston, 55 Anna’s Place, Dedham.

The clinic is open to both Dedham residents and non-residents. The fees are listed below:

  • Free for Dedham residents
  • $10 for non-residents
  • Microchips will also be available for $10

  • All dogs must be on leashes and under owner/keeper control.
  • Aggressive dogs must be muzzled prior to arrival.
  • All cats/ferrets must be secured inside pet carriers.

For Dedham residents, the Town of Dedham will be providing on-site dog licensing for the 2022 year. The cost for licensing is: $10 for spayed/neutered dogs; $15 for non-spayed/non-neutered dogs. A Rabies certificate is required for dog licensing.
