SEX OFFENDER MAP: Where Do Dedham's Highest Level Sex Offenders Live and Work?

Dedham has four Level 3 sex offenders who either live or work in town, according to the state’s Sex Offender Registry Board.

The Level 3 sex offender designation is reserved for the most severe offenders. Level 3 sex offenders pose a ‘high risk’ to reoffend, according to the state. They are not wanted by police, and it is illegal to use the following information to commit a crime or engage in any discrimination or harassment against an offender.

John Milley, 48, lives at 63 Hyde Park St. in Dedham, convicted on two counts of rape in 1993.

Neil Stein, 60, works at 118 Allied Dr. in Dedham. Convicted of two separate counts of open and gross lewdness and lascivious behavior in 1982, open and gross lewdness and lascivious behavior in 1985, two additional counts of open and gross lewdness and lascivious behavior in 1986, one count of assault with intent to commit rape in 1988 and one count of indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 or older.

Joseph Stivaletta, III, 55, secondary address of 24 Youngs Rd. in Dedham. Convicted of one count of assault of a child with intent to commit rape in 1991, one count of rape and abuse of a child in 1991 and three counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 years of age in 1991.

Thomas Walsh, 50, works at 15-17 Benjamin St. in Dedham. Convicted of two separate accounts of indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 or older in 1983 and 1984, and one count of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 years of age in 2005.
