Congressman Stephen F. Lynch (D-South Boston), running for the Democratic Party's nomination in the special U.S. Senate primary election, will be making an appearance in Dedham Sunday afternoon. Lynch, along with State Senator Mike Rush, will be attending Dedham's Little League Opening Day parade, according to his public schedule sent out by his staff. Lynch is running against fellow Congressman Ed Markey and write-in candidate Brett Rhyne in the Democratic Primary.  The special U.S. Senate primary is Tuesday, April 30.
