DEDHAM, MA — This traffic incident was one that was truly something rotten.Drivers on Route 1 near the Dedham Plaza around midday were subjected to heavy delays and bad smells after a truck transporting rotten fruits and vegetables lost part of its load and rotten food all over the road, according to the Dedham Police DepartmentMassDOT needed to bring in heavy equipment to remove the debris from the roadway.Traffic was able to clear up by 2 p.m. and luckily there were no reported injuries, only offended noses.<hr />Images via Dedham Police Department
