Thursday, Feb. 28 12:56 p.m.: A caller reported an erratic operator on Centre Street. The caller said a vehicle passed her on Centre Street at the Medfield line. Officers notified Medfield police.  1:53 p.m.: A caller reported two dogs "terrorizing" the Morningside Drive neighborhood.  4:35 p.m.: Officers responded to a report of fraud on Wakeland Drive. Police passed information on to the detective's bureau.
