1. Mom's Day Crafts at the Children's Museum in Easton
Today at 2:30 p.m.:
Join artist and educator, Allyson Bizer Knox at The Children’s Museum in Easton on Tuesday, May 7 and Thursday, May 9 from 2:30pm-4:30pm as she leads children in heartwarming crafts to give to mom or a special woman in their life. We will use everyday objects to create handmade gifts that mom will be sure to love.

2. Southeastern Voke Evening Parents Meeting
Please join us Tuesday Evening, May 7, 2013 at 6:30pm for a presentation of “Connections with Teens.” Parents, grandparents and guardians will enjoy an informative discussion about problems teenagers have and the problems parents have dealing with them. Parent Liaison Sofia Rasher extends a warm invitation to parents, grandparents and guardians: “Even if you do not have a student here and would like to join us, please do, and learn what we’re about.” Mr. Russell MacLeod will answer some of the many questions and concerns parents have, along with any question that might come up during the coffee hour. The Farmer's Daughter

“The Farmer's Daughter is a casual neighborhood cafe, offering breakfast and lunch. The menu concept is driven by fresh and sustainable ingredients sourced from local farms and vendors. The goal is to serve the freshest quality ingredients available while providing great service! The cafe will offer both dine in and carry out options, as well as a full coffee bar.
A local eatery that aims to provide friendly service in a relaxed atmosphere, a great spot for your morning cup of “joe" or a gourmet brunch on the weekends."
Chandra Gouldrup has a BA in Hospitality Administration from Boston University, and over 15+ years in the restaurant business, working under CIA trained chefs in the prominent Carriage House Restaurant in seacoast area NH, a short apprenticeship at Todd English's Rustic Kitchen, managed the oldest family run restaurant in the North End, Mother Anna's, and General Manager for various award winning chefs such as David and Bob Kinkead and Jacky Robert.
