William E. Clark, Sr., 79, a longtime resident of South Easton, died on Tuesday, May 14 at Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton. He was the husband of Elizabeth G. (Hines) Clark. Born and raised in Stoughton, he was a graduate of St. Mary's School in Stoughton and Boston Trade School. He was a resident of South Easton for 40 years. Mr. Clark was an Airman 2nd Class in the U.S. Air Force and a Veteran of the Korean Conflict. He was a maintenance mechanic for the Grace Company in Canton for 25 years before retiring in 1996. He enjoyed working in his yard, sports and spending time with his family.
In addition to his wife, Mr. Clark is survived by his children, Geniene Elliott and her companion Andrew T. Halpin, III of Rockland, Robin Chase and her husband Bradford of Carver and William E. Clark, Jr. and his companion Mary Lavin of Orange, as well as his grandchildren, Melissa White, Matthew Elliott, Nicholas and Diana Chase. He was the brother of Barbara Yonker of Brockton, Carolyn McMakin of Easton, Mary Clark of Taunton, Richard Clark of FL, Joseph Clark of Stoughton and the late Paul Clark, Jr., Robert Clark, Jean Durling and Claire Clark. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Funeral will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt.27) Stoughton on Friday, May 17 at 9:30 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Church, Stoughton at 10:30 AM. Visiting Hours Thursday from 5-8 PM. Interment will take place at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Stoughton.
