More Human Remains Found In Easton Neighborhood

EASTON, MA — Just hours after investigators said they found potential human remains in an Easton neighborhood Thursday, additional skeletal remains were found in the same area, according to the Easton Police Department.

The remains were found in the area of 100 Summer Street, where a resident spotted them in a brook adjacent to their property.

The area was secured while investigators processed the scene, and the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner’s collected the remains for analysis and potential identification.

The case remains an open investigation with the Bristol County District Attorney’s Office and the Easton Police.

No additional searches of Summer Street are anticipated, police said.
