16-Bedroom Compound Approved In Woods Hole
The 3.6-acre mansion on the water was approved by the ZBA last week.
WOODS HOLE, MA – A 16-bedroom compound in Woods Hole was unanimously approved by four of the six members of the Zoning Board of Appeals last week, according to the Falmouth Enterprise. Two board members did not attend the meeting.
The residences required special permitting to make changes because they were built prior to 1959. The property owners will now be able to rebuild the main residence and guest home on 3.6 acres of land.
The compound will consist of a main home, guest home, pool house, koi pond, two swimming pools and volleyball court when work is done, the Enterprise reported.
