Listen to your true self, and live from your depth. Individual sessions, groups, and classes using sound, energy, and attuned perception to help people navigate life challenges and access their own internal resources in new ways. New group forming now: Gentle Connection, Sundays 4:30-6pm December 28-February 1. If you are interested in spending the winter in warm connection with yourself, building self-compassion and supporting others as they do the same, this group is for you. This is a lightly facilitated group for growth and learning, focused on increasing kindness and tenderness towards self, which creates a ripple effect through all aspects of your life.
