UPDATE: Car Accident on Woods Hole Road Kills One

A one-car accident on 462 Woods Hole Road, ejected the car's driver, Willam W. "Wes" Vose, at around 1:30 this morning. According to a press release Vose lost control of the car that witnesses described as going well above the speed limit. Vose was alone at the time of the crash.

The car caught on fire after the accident and people present at the scene pulled Vose a safe distance away from the burning car. The car was fully engulfed in flames when rescuers arrived.

Vose was transported to Falmouth Hospital where he was later pronounced dead. Police believe speed was a contributing factor to the crash.
