Steakhouse, Martini Bar, Coming To Nantucket This Summer

NANTUCKET, MA — A new restaurant concept is coming to Nantucket this summer. Expect well prepared meats and a drink on the dry — or dirty — side.

Billie's, an American steakhouse and martini bar, will open this summer at 20 Broad Street. The restaurant is expected to open in mid-June.

Though details are still fairly limited, officials said Billie's will be open for lunch, dinner and private events.

Diners can expect steakhouse mainstays like shrimp cocktail, premium cuts of beef and chops, chicken and a lean toward the seafood traditions of New England. A martini menu will pair with the food options.

The restaurant is currently undergoing a complete renovation. It previously operated as the beloved local restaurant Dune, which was sold in 2024 after 16 years in business.
