Bar Louie to Open on Brookline Ave in New Marriott

A new bar will open on Brookline Avenue in the Fenway-Kenmore area this summer.

Bar Louie, a national bar and restaurant chain, will open in the restaurant space at the incoming Marriott Residence Inn this summer, according to Eater Boston.

The bar's owner went before the Boston Licensing board last week, according to the Boston Hospitality Blog

The new 5,809 bar space will consist of a dining room, bar area, lounge room, and kitchen. There is one Bar Louie location at Patriot Place in Foxborough and a Providence, RI location. In those locations, the menu features burgers, salads sandwiches and standard bar food and the drink program focuses on martinis, margaritas, and draft beer.
