Scanner reports around 2 a.m. Saturday indicated that there was a hit and run with a pedestrian struck at Parker and Ruggles streets. Northeastern University police and Boston EMS responded. Police were not availabe to confirm this report.  Please note that scanner information can be incomplete or wrong. Patch will update this story as soon as we can with confirmed information from police.
