New Apartment Tower Planned for Brookline Ave
The $175 million project will include 20 stories of apartments and two stories of retail space.

The Boston developer behind The Fenway Triangle and two large-scale housing developments on Boylston Street is planning another residential development in the neighborhood.
Samuels & Associates filed plans with the Boston Redevelopment Authority for another residential development at the corner of Brookline Avenue and Boylston Street, at the site of the current D'Angelos sub shop.
“This counts as among the most exciting of our projects in the Fenway,” Peter Sougarides, executive vice president of development at Samuels & Associates told the Boston Business Journal. “In the nearly 15 years that we have been working with the neighborhood, this property has always been thought of as a gateway and a key element of the redevelopment of Boylston Street into an urban village.”
