‘Severe’ E-Line Delays Friday Morning

A South Huntington Avenue car crash and then construction on Huntington Ave caused “severe delays” on the Green Line’s E-branch on Friday morning, according to an MBTA alert.

E-branch outbound service ended at Brigham Circle at 10 a.m. The Route 39 bus provided service between Brigham Circle and Heath Street.

The following stops were affected: 

Fenwood Rd. Station
Mission Park Station
Riverway Station
Back of the Hill Station
Heath St. Station

As of 12:30 p.m. on Friday, the E-Line was still not running normally.
