Things to Know in Fenway-Kenmore Today, May 14: Sen. Brownsberger at Fenway Grille

1. Weather: The National Weather Service is predicting a sunny day, with a high near 62 degrees.

2. Sen. Brownsberger Office Hours: State Senator Will Brownsberger will hold office hours tonight from 7 to 8 p.m. at Thornton's Fenway Grille (100 Peterborough St.) All are welcome to discuss issues, ask for help in dealing with state agencies, or talk about any other topic of concern. Sen. Brownsberger's latest column considers MBTA pensions. See here for more information. 

3. Jazz Music: The Hong Kong Café at Howard Johnson Fenway hosts a "Fenway Jazz Jam" every Tuesday night at 7:00pm. Fenway Jazz Jam is a free event that features a variety of different jazz artists for an evening full of entertainment and pleasure. See here fore more information.

4. Free Skin Cancer Screenings: Massachusetts Eye and Ear physicians Dr. Jessica Fewkes and Dr. Oon Tan will provide free skin cancer screenings tonight from 3 to 6 p.m. in the Carolyn and Peter Lynch Center for Reconstructive and Laser Surgery on the 9th floor at Mass. Eye and Ear (243 Charles St.)  This screening is for those who do not have a dermatologist. See here for more details.
