Westland Ave. Residents Attacked in Home Invasion
Two victims were assaulted with a firearm just after midnight Friday.

Police are investigating a Westland Avenue home invasion that resulted with two victims being assaulted with a firearm.
Police out of the D-4 (South End) district responded to 65 Westland Ave. where the two victims told them two black males demanding money assaulted them, according to a Boston Police Facebook post.
The suspects then began to assault the victims with a firearm, the blog says.

One of the suspects is described as being approximately 6-foot-2 wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt with black writing on the front, blue jeans, and dark blue/white Nike Air Force sneakers, the other is described as approximately 6-feet wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and camouflage cargo shorts.
Detectives recovered an ammunition clip from the scene which contained a live round, the post says.

A female was arrested at the scene for outstanding warrants.
