1. Snow and Sleet Possible Monday in Foxborough
Today’s weather in Foxborough, according to the National Weather Service based in Taunton, calls for snow likely before 5 p.m., then sleet, possibly mixed with snow. High near 34. Calm wind becoming southwest around 6 mph in the morning. Chance of precipitation is 80 percent. New snow and sleet accumulation of less than one inch possible. Monday night: Rain, snow, and sleet before 2 a.m., then freezing rain likely. Low around 29. South wind around 5 mph becoming light and variable. Chance of precipitation is 90 percent. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible.
2. Sewer Rate Increase Hearing
The Foxborough Board of Water and Sewer Commissioners will discuss the proposed water, reuse water and sewer rate increases before voting on it. The hearing is expected to begin at 7:05 p.m. in the Water Department Office. At 7:45 p.m. the commissioners will meet with the planning board regarding its master plan and sewer district.

3. Foxborough School Committee to Meet Monday
The Foxborough School Committee will hold a public hearing Monday for the FY14 budget and cast a vote of recommendation at 7:40 p.m. in the Media Center of Foxborough High School. Other agenda items are:
- Approval of FHS overnight travel to New York for the Charles Mingus Institute
- Discussion and approval of 2013-14 Capital Improvement Plan
- Recommendation for Increase in Substitute Nurse Pay Rate
- First Reading of Policies
4. Historical Commission to Discuss Electronic Town Common Sign Proposal

5. TV Turn Off Week at Taylor Elementary School
Taylor Elementary School is participating in TV Turn Off Week in an effort to unplug students from television and electronic entertainment and encourage them to be more active.
