AG Maura Healey Visits Foxboro Ahead Of Gubernatioral Election

Healey and State Senator Paul Feeney met with Southeastern Massachusetts Regional 911 District officials on Monday.

FOXBOROUGH, MA — Maura Healey, the Democratic Gubernatorial candidate and current Massachusetts Attorney General, made a stop in Norfolk County on Monday night.

Healey and State Senator Paul Feeney met with the Southeastern Massachusetts Regional 911 District on Monday night ahead of the Monday Night Football kickoff in Foxborough. (Sorry for bringing it up, Pats fans.)

"When the Pats kick off tonight, this state of the art facility will help make sure that fans and residents are safe," said Healey on Monday. "That's a win for Massachusetts."

Healey is facing Republican challenger Geoff Diehl in the November election and, according to a Boston Globe/Suffolk poll from earlier this month, she is ahead by a wide margin.

The attorney general gained about 5 points compared to a September poll, and GOP candidate Geoff Diehl gained 7 points.
