Apartments Planned for Foxborough-Sharon Town Line
A 192-unit apartment complex near Route 95 is expected to break ground in March.
SHARON, MA — Apartments linked to a proposed assisted living center and retail development near Route 95 could break ground in the spring.
Sharon Gallery, located just over the Sharon town line by the highway and Shaw’s Plaza, is the latest attempt to bring the project formerly known as Sharon Commons to fruition according to the Boston Globe.
Route 1 developer David Spiegel, who purchased the retail side out of bankruptcy court, finalized an agreement for a shared with the residential developer on Dec. 7. The selectmen will consider approving the deal on Dec. 15.

Sharon Board of Selectmen Chairman William Heitin said Sharon Gallery has already struck a deal with a movie theater chain and is attempting to reach a deal with a supermarket.
