Disorderly Conduct, Serious Bodily Injury: Foxborough Police Log

August 9

During the New England Patriots game against the Washington Redskins at Gillette Stadium, three people were taken into protective custody.

1:41 p.m. - During a traffic stop near the intersection of Central and Liberty streets, Nathan Rogers, 22, of Woonsocket, Rhode Island, was arrested on a warrant.

4:49 p.m. - Terin Stord, 36, of Cambridge, was arrested on a default warrant.

August 13

12:07 p.m. - During at traffic stop on Oak Street, Eric Shepard, 50, homeless, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense), operating a motor vehicle with revoked registration, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

August 16

The following people were taken into custody during the New England Patriots game against the Philadelphia Eagles at Gillette Stadium:

  • Patrick Lundin, 20, of North Easton, was initially taken into protective custody and charged with wanton destruction of property under $1,200.
  • Tetee Insixiengamy, 27, of East Providence, Rhode Island, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and assault and battery causing serious bodily injury.
  • Nolan Hickey, 25, of Centerville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
  • Joseph Kohler, 25, of Attleboro, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

10:49 a.m. - During a traffic stop at the intersection of Washington and Pine streets, Joseph Hernandez-Burgos, 19, of Providence, Rhode Island, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating without an inspection sticker, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

August 19

5:43 p.m. - During a traffic stop on Chestnut Street, John Ford, 29, of Mansfield, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, possession of an open container of alcohol inside a motor vehicle, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
