Former NFL Running Back Arrested At Tampa Casino: Records
Jail records and a report indicate Dion Lewis, former New England Patriots running back, was arrested Monday for trespassing.

HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FL — Dion Lewis, the former New England Patriots running back who won a Super Bowl alongside Tom Brady, was arrested in Florida this week, according to a report and jail records.
TMZ Sports first reported Lewis' arrest.
According to Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office jail records, 32-year-old Lewis was taken into custody Monday on a trespassing charge. He was arrested shortly after 2 p.m. and released several hours later on a $500 cash bond.

A spokesperson for the Seminole Police Department told TMZ that Lewis was arrested at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa, where he reportedly was "unruly and belligerent." The spokesperson told TMZ Lewis was accused of "causing a disturbance and refusing to leave the premises."
Lewis, who is currently the assistant running backs coach for the University of Albany, played three seasons with the Patriots, where he won Super Bowl LI over the Atlanta Falcons in 2017. Prior to joining the Pats, he spent two seasons with the Philadelphia Eagles and had stints with the Cleveland Browns and Indianapolis Colts.

Following his time with the Patriots, Lewis then played for the Tennessee Titans for two seasons before playing his final season with the New York Giants.
