Foxboro Town Manager Search: Consultant, Board To Discuss On Monday
The town's lead consultant in the town manager search will review the process so far, and answer questions from the board.

FOXBOROUGH, MA — Monday's Board of Selectmen meeting will feature a discussion regarding the search for the next town manager, according to the meeting agenda.
Bernie Lynch, of Community Paradigm Associates, is the town's lead consultant in the search and will be present on Monday to discuss the process and timetable, as well as take questions from board members.
The meeting is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. in the Boyden Library community room.

Lynch is tasked with guiding the search and finding a replacement for retiring Town Manager William Keegan. According to Jeff Peterson of The Foxboro Reporter, a number of search firms had inquired about the job, and a firm being presented to the community at this meeting was always planned.
According to the report, Lynch and Community Paradigm will work in coordination with a subcommittee of seven people to screen applicants for the town manager job.

A clause in Keegan's contract, which pays an annual base salary of $218,972, includes an agreement which will keep him on as a "special municipal employee" until another town manager is found.
