Foxborough Charter Among Best High Schools In State: Report

The school is among the best in Massachusetts, according to US News and World Report's new rankings.

FOXBOROUGH, MA — Foxborough Regional Charter High School received a silver medal for being one the best high schools in Massachusetts, according to the U.S. News and World Report's 2018 Best High Schools rankings.

The charter school placed 39th in the state and 762nd nationally. Boston Latin School was named the top high school in Massachusetts.

The ranking was good enough to earn a silver medal in the national rankings, which was given to 2,211 schools based on their highest college readiness scores.

These are Foxborough Regional Charter's vital stats, according to the survey:

  • 15:1 student-teacher ratio
  • 50.7 college readiness score
  • 73 percent participate in AP exams
  • 59 percent pass AP exams
  • 86 percent proficiency in math
  • 100 percent proficiency in reading
  • 100 percent graduation rate
