Foxborough Homes Sales Up in March
New data from the Warren Group shows that home sales in Foxborough increased last month.
Foxborough saw its home sales increase in March, according to data released by real estate information firm The Warren Group,
According to the report, there was an increase in March sales in Foxborough from 9 in 2012 to 12 in 2013. Year to date sales, however, are down from 24 in 2012 to 23 in 2013.
In Massachusetts, 3,214 homes sold in March 2013, a slight increase over last year's 3,100 sales.

The median sale price in the state went up 8.37 percent from $263,000 in March 2012 to $282,500 in March 2013.
