From the Foxborough Police Department Police Chief William Baker: Officer Scott Dion is new to the Town of Foxborough but brought his enthusiasm and patriotism with him. Last month he designed and then recommended a 9/11 memorial badge for his colleagues in the Foxborough Police Department. The badges are in and will be worn by members of the police department for the month of September in honor of the victims of 9/11, all victims of terrorism both foreign and domestic and the public safety and military first responders who protect us. <hr />Image via Foxborough Police Department
