Gronkowski House Break-In: Third Suspect Arrested
Shayne Denn is reportedly in police custody in Maine and is also wanted on charges in Tewksbury and Wilmington.

FOXBOROUGH, MA — The third suspect in the Rob Gronkowski home break-in has been arrested. Shayne Denn, 26, of Tewksbury was wanted for breaking and entering in the nighttime, three counts of larceny of a firearm, larceny of more than $250, malicious destruction of property and trespassing. He was taken into custody by the Franklin County Maine Sheriff's office, Foxborough Police confirmed.
Authorities say Denn is the person who broke into Gronkowski's home. The Patriots tight end reported the break-in Feb. 5, the same day he returned from the Super Bowl in Minneapolis, prompting the investigation. He told police that items including watches, coins, and guns were taken from his home. Camera footage reviewed by police showed a person walking around the exterior of Gronkowski's Congdon Circle. At one point, the person, later identified as Denn, broke a basement window and ran away to test the security system. Denn is also caught on indoor cameras, according to a police report.

He is also wanted for various break-ins across Tewksbury and Wilmington. Police say Denn allegedly rammed into Jimmy's Garage to gain entry for a burglary during the early hours in March. About an hour later, Tewksbury Police responded to a report of a theft at a service station.
Police believe the truck in those robberies is the same truck that crashed into a house on School Street in Andover shortly after the Tewksbury robbery was reported. The suspect in that crash fled on foot.
Denn has 14 active warrants in Massachusetts and was arrested in Maine for operating without a license and failure to provide correct name, address or date of birth, according to the Franklin County Maine Sheriff's office
