FOXBOROUGH, MA —Kenny Chesney will return to Foxborough in August 2022, Gillette Stadium announced. The award-winning singer-songwriter will perform August 26 and 27, 2022 as part of his "Here and Now" tour. These performances will mark his 20th and 21st times headlining at Gillette. Chesney's stop in Foxborough was originally scheduled in 2020 but postponed because of the pandemic. He was going to come to Gillette in 2021, but said he wanted to wait for stadiums to allow full capacity before he tours again, so all tickets previously bought can be honored. Joining Chesney are Dan + Shay, Old Dominion, and Carly Pearce. "No matter who you are," Chesney said in a statement, "someone who's been coming since the very beginning or is curious what the fuss is all about, I wanted to give No Shoes Nation the best lineup of music that's gonna give them the kind of celebratory night we all deserve after waiting so long."
