Patriots And Pickleball: New Courts Coming To Patriot Place
An outdoor pickleball facility is coming to Patriot Place this summer, officials said. Here's what locals can expect.
FOXBOROUGH, MA — Pickleball is sweeping the country, and now the sport's presence is again expanding in Massachusetts.
Patriot Place and ELEVENO Pickleball are teaming up to bring outdoor pickleball courts to the shopping, dining and entertainment destination later this summer.
The 17,000-square-foot facility will feature six professional courts, a shaded player lounge, food and beverage offerings and more, officials said.

This new facility will be within a converted parking lot, located across from Trader Joe’s and Restoration Hardware Outlet, on the same footprint as Winter Skate.
Pickleball players of all ages and skill levels will be able to use the new courts through the end of October, at which point the courts will close for the season to begin the installation of the seasonal skating center, officials said.

Players will be able to reserve court time and ELEVENO will host special events, including tournaments, training and more throughout the season.
The new facility is a continuation of a partnership between the two groups, as the Patriot Place Pickleball Classic Powered by ELEVENO has been held on temporary courts each of the last two years.
“Over the past several years, we’ve partnered with ELEVENO to host the Patriot Place Pickleball Classic, pop-up clinics and more, which have shown us just how passionate our guests are about this fast-growing sport,” said Brian Earley, Vice President and General Manager of Patriot Place. “We’re thrilled to raise our game with the addition of a seasonal permanent outdoor facility."
“We could not be more excited to bring our pickleball vision to life alongside Patriot Place. Over the past two years, ELEVENO has been activating pop-up courts across the campus to deliver memorable pickleball moments for both seasoned players and curious newcomers,” said Jodi Cullity, Founder and CEO of ELEVENO Pickleball. “Now, we’re proud to introduce our first permanent championship courts —designed for the entire New England community to enjoy. This outdoor space is more than just a place to play; it’s a new social home where pickleball, fitness, and connection come together. We’re thrilled to take this next step in building community right here with Patriot Place.”
A grand opening event is planned but hasn't yet been scheduled, officials said.
