Patriots Receiver Danny Amendola Pledges to Help Boston Marathon Relief Efforts with Every Catch ... And Drop
Newly signed wide receiver Danny Amendola says he will donate $100 for every pass he catches this season and $200 for any dropped passes to a Boston Marathon relief fund that is established.

Danny Amendola, who signed with the New England Patriots in March to replace fan favorite Wes Welker, may soon become a fan favorite among the Patriots faithful himself.
Amendola took to Twitter Monday night to pledge financial assistance to the victims of Monday’s Boston Marathon bombings.
“I will donate $100 for every pass I catch next season to whatever ‘Boston Marathon Relief Fund’ there is,” Amendola said via his Twitter handle, @DannyAmendola. “And $200 for any dropped pass.”
