Police Logs: Foxborough Man Faces Kidnapping, Gun Charges After Domestic Disturbance

Saturday, Jan. 19:

12:18 a.m. – Foxborough police received a 911 call from a residence on Neponset Avenue reporting a father-son domestic disturbance. At 12:42 a.m. Foxborough police reported one male was taken into custody and transported to the station. Derek Tebeau, 21, of Neponset Avenue, Foxborough was arrested and charged with two counts assault and battery, possession of a firearm without a FID card and kidnapping. At 12:44 a.m. Foxborough police transported one female to the station to obtain an emergency 209A order. At 2:54 a.m. the 209A was issued by judge Judith Fabricant.
