FOXBOROUGH, MA — It was only six years ago that about 600 people were taken into custody during Kenny Chesney's traditional two-show stand at Gillette Stadium. Now? Fewer people spend part of the weekend behind bars.

A total of 73 people were either arrested or taken into protective custody during last weekend's shows. While it is still significantly more than most concerts at the stadium, it does continue a downward trend when it comes to arrests and Chesney fans ending up in protective custody.
