FOXBOROUGH, MA — A public hearing will see the Planning Board review an application for a proposed 12-lot subdivision on Thursday evening.The proposal was submitted by Pine Air LLC for a special permit and subdivision plan. Pine Air would call the subdivision "Pine Estates of Foxborough".According to the Planning Board, the subdivision would have over 1,000 feet of roadway, and would be located at 204 East St. within the Residential R-40 zoning district.The plans were drawn by Coneco Engineers and Scientists, who are based in Bridgewater.An in-person meeting will be held in the Foxborough High School Auditorium, and will also be broadcast live on Foxboro Cable Access TV.
