2 Speen Street Office Buildings Sold for $6.8 Million

Genesis Management Group, of Boston, purchased 10 Speen St. for $3.7 million and 20 Speen St. for $3.15 million.

Two four-story office buildings on Speen Street in Framingham, visible from the Mass Turnpike, have been sold for $6.8 million, reported the Worcester Business Journal.

Genesis Management Group purchased 10 and 20 Speen St. in separate transactions for a total of $6.85 million. The Boston-based Group is a full-service real estate investment, management and development company.

The four-story, 32,704-square-foot office building at 10 Speen St. is on 2.1 acres in the Framingham Executive Park. ASA Management sold it for $3.7 million. office had it valued at $2.919, down from $3.11.

The four-story, 32,709-square-foot office property is on 2.1 acres in the Framingham Executive Park. The American Heart Association Inc. in New York sold it for $3.15 million. The Framingham Assessor's office had it valued at $1.235 million, up from $1.25 million the year before.

The American Heart Association will continue to inhabit half of its building "for a short term," Genesis told the Worcester Business Journal.

"The buildings fit the market really well and we look forward to bringing new space to the market at 20 Speen Street," Robert King, CEO of Genesis, said in a statement.
