
Gasoline prices in Massachusetts are up nine more cents this week, according to
AAA’s Feb. 11th survey of prices in Massachusetts found self-serve, regular
unleaded averaging $3.689 per gallon, nine cents higher than a week ago.
Prices locally are up 25 cents over the past month. The current price is 10 cents above the national average for self serve unleaded of $3.58. A year ago at this time the Massachusetts average price was $3.56.
The range in prices in the latest AAA survey for unleaded regular is 27 cents,
from a low of $3.56 to a high of $3.83. AAA advises motorists to shop around for the best prices in their area.
